Batter:

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 cup canned pure pumpkin purée

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

1/2 cup melted butter

2 large eggs, room temperature

1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease your loaf pan and line with a parchment paper sling.

Make Streusel: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add in melted butter and mix with a fork until coarse crumbs form; set aside in the fridge.

Whisk Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin purée, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine & Bake: Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined (do not overmix). Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Heavy-handedly sprinkle the streusel evenly over the batter.

Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
